The stay was amazing but one thing in the listing is there is only 2 beds not 3 as pictured in the listing . We still had a great time and the property manager was friendly . We had a good time .

We loved our one week stay! We found the home to be well-stocked and very clean. Full kitchen, plenty of towels, a variety of beach accessories and a nice flow to the layout of the upstairs unit. The beach is fab and I think one tree provided just about the only shade on the whole beach in the mornings. The view is amazing and we can’t wait to stay again sometime!

The property was exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. The small square footage is designed to feel much larger. Our stay was just what we wanted. We had an amazing view of the Gulf from inside the house. There was a nice deck to sit and admire the water, beach, birds, dolphins. There is also a spectacular sunset every night. I highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed and everything we forgot. Allen was attentive and a pleasure to work with during our stay.

The property was exactly as described. The pictures are accurate. The small square footage is designed to feel much larger. Our stay was just what we wanted. We had an amazing view of the Gulf from inside the house. There was a nice deck to sit and admire the water, beach, birds, dolphins. There is also a spectacular sunset every night. I was somewhat hesitant to book a trip in a house where there were no reviews, but my family and I were not disappointed. The beach was beautiful. The house was cozy with a phenomenal view of the gulf. We had access to floats, beach chairs, bikes, and games. The property manager was very responsive when I reached out to him— which I only had to do once for clarification prior to the trip. We (including our pup) LOVED the fenced in back yard and the outdoor shower. Someone clearly put thought into what people need in a beach house because most everything that we needed was there for us to use. The washer and dryer especially made the transition home easier because the laundry was already clean. The pictures of the house are an exact representation of what to expect. The beach is just down 3 short steps from the fenced in yard, and I’ve never seen a better place for shell collecting in on the Gulf Coast. The sunsets were breathtaking ever single night. The only “complaints” that we had were that the unit was listed as having 2 bathrooms and there was only one, and when we first arrived the place smelled like cigarette smoke even though it is listed as a nonsmoking unit. I’m assuming that there are 2 bathrooms in the house if you count the one in the downstairs unit that we didn’t book, and febreeze took care of most of the cigarette smell. Neither of these issues really detracted from our enjoyment of the week. We loved our week at this house, and have hopes of returning to the same house in Manasota Key in the future. We were a bit nervous about choosing this home for our cherished yearly beach vacation because it had no reviews, but we are SO happy we did! We've visited Manasota Key before, and we were eager to return for the beautiful, rarely crowded beaches, the proximity to Stump Pass State Park, and the chance to see diverse coastal wildlife. This home provided all we wanted and more for 3 adults and a small, energetic dog. The open layout & spacious, well-equipped kitchen made it a delight to stay in and cook homemade meals (supermarkets and pharmacies are about a 5-10 minute drive away) while enjoying an expansive view of the beach. The huge windows afford incredible views that blend the comfort of the indoor spaces with the scenic outdoor areas, and the landscaping around the home was lovely, as well. We appreciated having the fenced-in yard for games of fetch, & the large outdoor grill made it easy to cook hotdogs and burgers for quick meals. The outdoor shower made midday breaks from the beach clean & comfortable, and the balcony was great for cocktails and conversation. We loved being able to walk to Stump Pass after sunset for stargazing and potential sea turtle sightings! The washer and dryer located in the home were also very convenient, helping lessen the post-vacation blues without worrying about having to do loads of laundry once you're home :) There was also plenty of beach gear, including beach chairs, snorkel masks, floaties, and boogie boards. Communication with hosts was excellent before, during, and after our stay, and we got the chance to meet Allen - the property manager - who was kind, welcoming, & made us feel at home. We didn't have any issues, but we are confident that if any arose, they would've been promptly addressed. We highly recommend this property for families or groups of friends looking for a fun, relaxing, and laid-back beach vacation with all the comforts of home. We are already looking forward to a return visit next summer!
