The property was located right where we were close to everything we wanted to do. Even the road to the property is gravel it is well maintained and we had no troubles

However, when we got there, there was no hand soap, dish soap and minimal garbage bags and it was not disclosed to us that there was no air conditioning in the house. We wanted to use the hot tub and wanted to make sure it was chemically treated and there were no test strips anywhere in the house. We did reach out to the owner and they did respond within a reasonable amount of time. They did not provide test strips but told us that the hot tub was treated prior to our check-in and that it was safe to use. Overall, we did enjoy our stay but wish the unit was stocked better. We did run out of toilet paper the last day we were there as well. I would stay again if I knew the place would be better stocked with necessities. For the price we pay to rent the unit, I feel things like soap, garbage bags, and toilet paper should be stocked up.

Excellent location. Nice house and property. There is no book of explanations, was not able to get the downstairs tv to work with 4 controllers. No wifi on property.

We had a really good time! All age ranges can enjoy this stay and it is in a great location with activities nearby. We had a great time and would recommend this to anyone!

Our 30 ft trailer and pickup slid back and hit a retainer wall and damaged it. A good samaritan that lived nearby helped us out. When we left, the trip back down that same hill was no better. The cabin was very nice and we liked the use of the garage. The shower head upstairs was broke and the one downstairs dripped. The stools by the island are too tall for the island. Just little things that needed attention.

Although our stay was very nice and the property was beautiful, it was not ready for us at 4. It was still being cleaned for the next hour. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would stay there again.

This is a beautiful home, everything was very clean inside, and it was perfectly located for the places we wanted to go. I would not recommend for anyone coming with more then one trailer, I was very clear and even sent an extra message about parking at least a 44ft trailer. Upon arrival it was very clear it would not fit along with all the other families vehicles, I tried contacting Budi but she was not around and had bad service in spearfish, however she could text but she was not understanding what I was asking so we put our trailer in at an angle, one or families had to park in a lot across the road, he left a note for the owner to contact him, he was willing to pay to park there since the rental wouldn't fit him. He was then threatened to be towed by Budi, who doesn't own the property he was parked at, he was able to move down to the wonderful resort at the bottom of the hill. All of these things could have been easily avoided with better communication, I was never able to personally talk to the host which would have been helpful. I would also say that the outside is poorly cared for as the are mounds of dirt and rocks, that are not landscaping. I would recommend that the property puts out a manual of rules and restrictions, while we recieved one through email, sometimes things get lost and misplaced and to alleviate any information get missed by any of the guests. I know I will get a sharp response from the host and that is fine I just hope that maybe you will market your property properly and work on your communication the day of check in .

We came to this location on motorcycle’s and arrived on August 1. As you can imagine, it was sunny and quite warm. When we entered the unit, it was 82° inside. After the sun went down, we were able to get the temperature down to 77°, but not comfortable to sleep in. Thankfully SD has no humidity so we could get it cooled down each night.

Weren’t sent access code to get in till 45 min past check in time. Had small children in need of bathrooms and had stopped at grocery store, needed food refrigerated!

My husband and I, along with our 6 kids (ages 1 - 11 years) stayed here for 3 nights. The property was easy to find, very clean, and had more than enough space for the entire family to spread out and enjoy. Communication with the Property Manager was great. Budi was extremely prompt when I had questions regarding booking the property. During our stay, we traveled to Spearfish, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devil’s Tower, and Custer State Park.

Wonderful stay, beautiful house!! The only thing missing was AC ...when we stayed it was 90-100+ degrees for 5 days and the property does not have AC or WI-FI.....it was not listed as an amenity but the week we were there it would have been nice to have ☺️....it did cool down at night though...Cabin was very clean, spacious,(we had 9 people) well stocked with everything you need for cooking (storage containers, pots, pan, crockpot, utensils etc). Would definitely stay again! BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!
