I think the location was great and the price was cheaper. I like the neighborhood. I liked the layout of the apartment with three bedrooms and a separate dining/living area. The kitchen was adequate for cooking meals when there was hot water.

I want to preface by saying that we own a rental and are managers so I am sharing this review to help the kind manager. We loved the area and would recommend after having these fixes considered. I read the reviews but thought that the hot water situation and mattress situation (really worn out) would be remedied. We reached out for help with the hot water heater and he responded right away. My husband is very handy. The shower went from scalding to really cold on a cycle that mimicked the noise of the hot water heater. We turned it off and on and sometimes it would work. We also noticed that it helped to clean the shower head out. There is a lot of build up in the shower head. My husband cleaned it out twice in one day and immediately afterwards you could get a consistent hot shower. Otherwise, it was dangerous for my kids to take a shower as the water would scald out of nowhere. So, you need to make sure the shower head is cleaned out. Unfortunately when we had solutions with the shower, we no longer got any hot water in the last two days in the kitchen. I never used the dishwasher because I didn't trust there would be hot water to appropriately sanitize the dishes. I just handwashed the dishes. I used a large pot and heated water on the stove to sanitize the kitchen properly the last two days because the kitchen faucet was cold. If there are specific instructions on how to work/finagle the hot water heater, I would leave instructions with the renters to help them. This apartment has a lot of potential to earn more money by updating the mattresses and remedying the situation.

Nous avions convenu d'arriver entre 16 et 17h, Nous avons prévenu l’hôte quand nous partions de l’aéroport Il a fallu patienter 40mn devant la porte... Le ménage n'avait pas été totalement fait, les poubelles étaient pleines et certains linges sales était à trainer alors que les lits etaient fait Les matelas sont dans un triste état

Loved the location so close to Vatican City and walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants.

The hot water boiler was malfunctioning during our stay, but that was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was great as well as the size of the apartment

Locks on front door we’re difficult. Could not regulate the heat during the day. Shower head was in a bad direction. The washing machine ruined a white shirt.

Very good location, you can walk to all the tourist spots & restaurants. Host is excellent, even arranged pick up & drop off to the airport. Highly recommend
