Everything! Would recommend to anyone. Apartment was a great size, bathroom was very cramped but apart from that everything else was roomy. We stayed in Dec & they put a Xmas tree in our living space which was a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with more than enough items, cups, glasses, plates, pans etc so great for a family if you need to prepare any food on site like we did. Roberta was exceptional, so friendly & helpful, I don't think we've ever been looked after so well on a holiday. The location is great, right in the centre. It isn't noisy at all apart from hearing the cathedral bell ring on the hour.

The place was super clean, spacious, smelled good and everything was so pretty inside. It had all we needed and the host was super helpful and gave us a lot of information about the city and was there any second for everything we asked for. The breakfast was more than enough and delicious. I would definetly recommend it. We loved it. 😄

Very central, only about 20/25 min walk from Santa Maria Novella station. It was even more beautiful, glamorous and stylish than we had imagined..!

This property was wonderful. Roberta who welcomed us at check in was so helpful. The location was perfect. You could walk everywhere. The breakfast was great. All the staff was so welcoming and so friendly! We enjoyed our stay and will def be back and 100 recommend it to anyone

The place was stunning! Really clear instructions from staff before the arrival and easy check in. Room looked way better when we could expect and very spacious. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff with friendly and positive attitude !

The property was in a great location! Walking to all the major sites was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the residence was very safe and secure. The staff (Marco, Roberta and Denise) couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Our room, the Oscar suite, was so comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay here again.

One thing needed to be repaired. The shower door was constantly coming off the track.

The Sofia room was spacious, comfortable and charming.

Entrance to the building, especially at night, was hard. They use a security code button entrance which was fine, but once inside the automatic lights were not in sync with our entry which resulted in walking up 2 flights of stairs in the dark. There was a small elevator but it was too dark to use. We were eventually shown where the manual switch was.

The property was clean and in good shape, but the shower in Oscar would benefit from some additional efforts to remove the stained blacks on the grout. It’s common to see this occur in older bathrooms, but some treatments and/or grout paint would eliminate it.

Our stay was everything we hoped for, and more. The staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us to do everything we had planned and suggesting more strong possibilities, the rooms are spacious and lovely and the ancient refurbished palace tower is sited in the midst of Florence so we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to visit. And a great in-house evening tasting wines from the owner’s estate!

The room and the hotel were brilliant, it was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The staff was very welcoming and helpful too.

I could hear the noise from the streets at night, which woke me up several times.
