Aamiainen ei vastannut odotuksia. Ruoka loppui välillä kesken eikä tarjonta vastannut odotusta hotellin luokituksen mukaisesti.

Meille tarjottu huone oli varattu. Neljäs tarjottu huone vastasi varausta. Hotellin polkupyörät olisi syytä huoltaa.

Clean good position

For the price, the lobby is not inviting at all! Not even a bottle of water, often missed coffee or milk pads! Just ok, but the proce too high!

There was no amenities for a 5 star hotel that it was quite expensive and on the AC was always running making my room incredible cold. I left with pain in my throat and when I asked the reception they said they could not fix it because it was just settled like that. I never been so cold in a hotel.

The room was quite large. The WiFi was really good, but was not informed that to activate it I should already connect to it - searched for an info page in the room. Location was quite good, walked everywhere where I needed and breakfast even though was not excessively big choice in food. Liked that tasty apples were left out everywhere.

The elevator was excruciatingly slow opening and closing the door. Garbage truck every morning was right under my window and I slept with the door open for the fresh air and got woken up, so not that great. And the TV options were abysmal, i.e., no casual content in English.

Breakfast was good. Clean room with big window. The bed was comfortable. They allowed me to check in earlier which I really appreciated (thank you!)

I was expecting a bit more because it's a 5-star hotel. Some things look outdated, amenities are basic.

air condition has no heater and was cold during the day. The clerk gave us a small heater which helped. No hand bars in the shower room, hurt my back when washed my feet. The clerk gave me a plastic chair which helped. Front desk did not know the difference between the executive and deluxe room.
