This guesthouse is in a quiet location. You can observe birds and squirrels in the treetops here, as it is right next to a large park.

The accommodation is more for undemanding people, because the equipment is already old and outdated and so looks dirty.

A kind older gentleman at the reception. The green, quiet location and the surrounding park are wonderful. The building itself was once beautiful and could be improved but at the moment it's just being used. In the bathroom there was a hair dryer and travel size shower gel/shampoo bottles available.

A loose socket, hanging out of the wall at the side of the bed - electrical safety very poor in the whole room, sticky spoons on the kettle tray, everything sticky or dusty. Towels smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Shower head encrusted. The overwhelming filth of the place is just awful. This was the dirtiest place we ever stayed in.

It was a disaster. The place was dirty. Stains on bed linens. The sink in the bathroom didn't work. There was no hot water in the shower, no matter how long we let the water run. And I paid 550 PLN (around 115 EUR) for staying there just for one night. I advice to keep away from this place.

The location, while far from the center, was on a quiet street in a neighborhood abutting a park. The host was a nice man who spoke good English and warmed up to us after a while. His wife helped us as well - internet, calling a cab, etc.

The facility is dated and the room was cramped. The bed was pushed against the wall and was rather uncomfortable, plus the covering was for a twin bed not for a double.

A cosy little guesthouse at the edge of a very quiet resitential area of Wroclaw with a green meadow/garden behind and very nice and polite staff. A silent room with a twin bed, two armchairs, coffee table, electric kettle, cups, TV, bathroom, free WIFI. The city centre can easily be reached by tram or bus. Traditional small shops nearby (greengrocer's, baker's, grocer's, and a little café). Very close to a fine park.

Sensitive noses could smell some subtle scent of cigarette smoke. No breakfast was available at the time of our stay.
