Incredible hotel with the most amazing staff! I travel a lot, but I have to say that the customer service here is second to none, huge shout out to the wonderful lady who checked us in and looked after us (Valentina I believe), the house keeping staff who were just wonderful, and every single person at hotel who honestly went above and beyond at each step, from the doormen, to the porters, to the reception, 10 out of 10.
The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly placed, and a wonderful spot to stay in after a day wandering around Lecce.
Nothing!

We loved the rooftop restuarant, and breakfasts were excellent. The beach and beach bar was also a great facility with all transfers provided.
the room we were given on arrival was unacceptable. the Aircon sounded like an engine and the room was smaller than we expected. Following a complaint, staff responded and moved us to a much better room in the same category, which we were very happy with
