Loved the location and feel

The luxury, the amazing architecture , the exemplary staff who exceed every expectation. 5 star service, food and accommodation. Gold class in every way. We have stayed before and it was amazing then now staying after the refurbishment with spa and gym wellness area we were really impressed. A a penthouse suite with pool we were astounded at our enormous apartment sized area with lounge and views . The staff are the reason we return we are so well looked after we just don’t want to leave we will be back and we will recommend to our friends across the world. 🙏🙌

Hot tub was not hot and jets had no power. Access to stairways inside the hotel to non guests

Newly updated room, great staff, perfect location for walking into town, shopping, dinner

We booked the signature room with outdoor hot tub and sea view. This room's pictures online and words lead one to believe the hot tub would be on the balcony. However, there is no door to an outdoor space, instead you have to climb through a window in order to access the hot tub. And then, when climbing out you spill water all into the bedroom. Also, there are no steps to get in/out so it is unsafe. We did bring this to the staff's attention so hopefully this will be addressed. There is limited space by sink so no where to put makeup, lotions, hair stuff. First floor is very loud from traffic
