The accommodation, the bar, restaurants and proximity to the beach. Guest services called daily to check if we had any issues. Our hot water was not working well and they fixed it swiftly! We had a good time, we went during September so it was quieter but the weekends are still very lively and busy!

The floor of the pool is very rough, all of us had the same cut on our big toes and reception were stingy providing band aids. The pillows were huge which gave me a sore neck. We have a small baby and we were not able to properly sterilise baby bottles, the bar only provided 2 cups of hot water. If we came again we would bring a bottle steriliser. If you leave the balcony door open during the day the condensation creates a wet floor that you have to be careful with.

All the staff are really nice and attentive. The services provided are immaculate. We had a great time here enjoying vacations.

There’s just one thing that bothered me. The first day when we arrived, we went by one swimming pool with kids’ facilities. There were these two vendors selling souvenirs like little rocks and handicrafts stuff. We walked by, they started out of nowhere yelling out “Ching Chong”, which is a racist slang against Asian people, and all the terrible things. They are adults. I’m pretty sure they are conscious of they are talking about. What I’m not sure about is if they are staff from the hotel. Even if no, I hope everyone working in hotel property could learn basic respect. Nobody should be discriminated against by their skin color or how they look or anything.

The food was the best!! Very good quality!!

Beach

It was boring; the entertainment staff doesn't work and lacks direction. I was there for four days and there was absolutely no entertainment—they don't even have an activity schedule.
