No entregan la factura en mano. Llevo un mes esperándola a pesar de haberla solicitado por mail en mas de una ocasión.

Loved everything but the small problems. Loved The Pantry food and staff. All staff everywhere were extremely helpful. The entertainment in The Grand Bar wss excellent. The drivers who will take you to The Grand Bar and back to your accommodation, were particularly helpful and pleasant. Accommodation fantastic with fab views. Peaceful and beautiful. I will definitely go back.

Poor communication regarding facilities. It is not written anywhere that there are drivers to take you up the steep hills to the accommodation. It took time to understand. There could be more information about the buses to town and back. Maybe timetables? I found out on the last day that the drivers will take you to the bus stop. That would have helped enormously as the road is noisy, windy and dusty. I did not understand the train information. (I have a communication degree)!!.. Food was dreadful in Zaks. The ribs were undercooked. However, the manager agreed and reduced the bill happily. I did not eat there again.

Termo electrico para 4 personas insuficiente. A las 9 de la mañana llamaron a la puerta para recogerla ya que les aparecia como vacia, cuando no teniamos que dejarla hasta las 10. Colchon extremadamente duro.

El alojamiento está genial tienen de todo, pistas de fútbol, piscinas incluso había climatizada que estaba genial. Los niños disfrutaron mucho.

La única pega es la oferta gastronómica, los restaurantes tienen unos precios súper altos y la verdad un poco de pena. La ubicación no está mal para pasear por Fuengirola debes de coger el coche.

Spacious and clean apartment with sea views and good facilities including choice of pools, attractive landscaping, friendly and helpful staff

The location was a bit out of town to walk and the choice of nearby restaurants was slightly limited in providing Spanish food. The kitchen equipment was a little basic.

Dirty, old, electric boiler which u have to wait for the tank re-heat in after 18h roughly. Noise of neighbours, very basic breakfast. Full of ants.

Lugar muy tranquilo para pasar unos días en familia. Complejo con piscinas que no pudimos aprovechar por el tiempo, varios restaurantes, que lo hacían bastante completo.

Ausencia de mesa comedor en el apartamento. Nos apañamos con la barra pero se echaba en falta una mesa y más sillas (éramos 3 y solo dos sillas). Enfocado al cliente inglés parecíamos los extranjeros nosotros. Necesario el coche si quieres ver algo más que la urbanización del complejo, algo alejado de todo.

It was modern, clean and had everything you needed in the apartment. A clean washing machine that looked brand new. It was a very comfortable apartment, beautifully decorated and really nice.

Nothing it was really nice. The resort needed more things to do and the shops and restaurants were overpriced but to be expected I suppose. Id suggest a car if staying here but then again the cabs were quick and reasonable. Around €9 to the strip area

Große Anlage, tolle Vegetation, beheizte Pools (30 Grad), Safari Restaurant war großartig und aufjedenfall zu empfehlen ( Speisen super lecker, Service top), die Frauen im Mini Club machen einen tollen Job und geben sich viele Mühe

Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist veraltet, das eine Schlafzimmer roch noch Schimmel, sehr unangenehm, darin schlafen zu müssen. Die Küchenausstattung war ein Witz ( Ein Topf und eine Pfanne, Selbstversorgung nicht möglich)

Nous étions 2 couples nous avons bien aimé notre appartement très propre et la cuisine bien fonctionnel. La piscine aussi nous en n'avons profitez. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le fait d'être au première étage le balcon et la vue sur le lever du soleil.

Pas grand chose, juste le fait d'avoir seulement une toilette au 2iem étages entre les 2 chambres était un peu dérangent si non rien d'autre.

The resort is old and well past its sell-by date. The bathroom is old with 1070's tiles and old shower curtain, ridiculous really. Breakfast is inadequate, never been in a hotel where there are no eggs for breakfast. The only way to have an egg is to order a 'full-english' which we did not want - what is the problem with a boiled or scrambled egg? The other item for breakfast were cheap ham and cheap cheese - ok selection of fruit and pastries.

The location is a few km outside fuengirola so it's a resort built for tourists away from all Spanish culture. Restaurants were very expensive.
