Novotel Luxembourg Centre

We really loved our stay in Novotel. We were upgraded to the executive rooms which was very spacious for 3 people and a rather good sofa bed. Room was clean, breakfast was great and we really liked the complimentary mini bar amenities in our room. Staff were super friendly. Great location, just a 15 minute walk from the old centre. A bus stop is also nearby (remember public transport is free in Luxembourg). Overall a very good stay.

Toilet was in a separate space from the bathroom/sink which was a bit weird.

Staff are so polite and super friendly. I wish I had asked their names to put in this review. We travelled from Salzburg, so we were a bit tired, and the kids were tired, but they almost welcomed us with open arms. Breakfast was really worth it, simply 10 out of 10

Nice rooms, walking distance to main train station, staff are kind and helpful. Good choice of food spots and shops near property.

Breakfast good although a little crowded @ 8.30am and oddly laid out - no real flow and danced awkwardly with one gentleman, and nearly collided with another lady as everyone moving in different directions. Odd, but worked once you had worked it out eventually. Food good with good selection and something for kids and adults.

Layout at breakfast oddly arranged but it worked once you'd got used to it. In Summer it's always going to be warm so would have been great if air con was manageble in room, but appeared to be set by hotel to 26 degrees which was uncomfortable at night. Set the dial in room to 19, and even tried 14 but it didn't adjust the master temperature so that's put us off from returning. Otherwise a pleasant stay in a great location for the city - maybe a 15min walk? Perfect. Odd layout in rooms too as shower literally in the bedroom - right next to the bed, and in what can only be described as a wardrobe with salon style doors. Too much gap between shutters if you value privacy.
