The location was a 10 for us because of the bus schedule, every 10mins just outside the hotel which is very convenient.. not to mention this goes for coming back aswell. The VIEW omg 100👍 The food was amazing too 👏 Also liveband plays at the hotel every evening which is a plus.

Great breakfast. Good dinner options - a buffet or a la carte in the cafe. Lovely 2 pools plus a children's pool. Plenty of sun loungers available, great music playing around the pool (although quiet areas too). AMAZING sunsets every night!

Amazing panoramic views from the pool deck, could stare at it all day!. Breakfast was great but would be nice to include the fresh OJ in the price rather than charge separately for a tiny glass!. 9.5/10 though.

Very clean, modern hotel, with great restaurants, bars and a very friendly and professional approach to visitors. The view from the pool is breathtaking - you can see big ships, mountains, sea and a lot of sun. I really enjoyed the main restaurant - I like the buffet option for dinners with a good selection of meals and drinks.

Lovely hotel and staff are exceptional- very friendly and helpful. Outside swimming pools and view are amazing Breakfast and dinner in the Argosy are described as buffet but it's more like food market with amazing selection and quality. Excellent gluten free options for breakfast and dinner - chef took the time to point all options available.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly, the view was to die for and the beds were quite comfortable. The rooms were clean and there was lots of communal space to lounge and relax which was nice. The hotel also has a small shop on premises as well as a strip mall within walking distance which is helpful because it's located slightly away from the main town.

Air conditioning was centrally controlled which could be quite tricky to get used to

The outdoor pool and location of the hotel is fantastic, especially for the price. The staff were all lovely.

Stunning views from the hotel pools and from the restaurant .very relaxed atmosphere.would return again .just a short bus ride away to the old town which was amazing.so much to do .highlight was having a meal from the Panorama restaurant simply amazing location.

The food was absolutely superb. Both breakfast and dinner were buffets and they were excellent with lots of choice, great quality, fantastic service. To have fresh honey off the honeycomb from the bee hive was a first. The bedroom was very comfy and a good size. The pool and outside area with views out to sea were amazing. Would definitely stay here again and again. Maria K on reception was very helpful, great customer service and always smiley. A real asset. The others on reception were good but she was the best.

My only negative comment was there was a musty smell in our bedroom {425}. There was a little bit of damp in the corner of the wall near the windows behind a chair. The cleaning staff cleaned the room at our request and we had the windows open onto the balcony which helped. This needs investigating please.

Room to cold

Bad weather could have ruined our visit to Dubrovnik however the hotels indoor pool and fabulous staff and food made our stay very enjoyable. When we arrived we had lunch at the pool snack bar and kristian gave a great first impression of the hotel. The bus is very handy for getting to the old town or gruz. The president beach is fabulous. We swam in the sea when the weather improved, it was refreshing. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and Jelka, josip, mariana and kristian were super help with our toddler and Maria at the door. We had a vegan in our group and she was delighted with the choice. The walks on both sides of the peninsula are lovely.

Maro world is not open yet and works are ongoing on valamar tirena. You can sometimes hear construction but it's not loud. The walk to coccabana can take you by the construction site and it was quite messy. Hopefully will be finished soon and will be lovely then.

Pool was a little cold ....and poor instructions of getting bus tickets etc, maybe need a guide inside the rooms for ppl who don't like technology 🤔 signage to spa once you go through door in level 5
