The location of the Hotel is more than perfect! Amazing view to the sea, many beaches around, very easy to reach the Oldtown by bus. Shops and bistros are also close, but the area is not too busy. Just perfect for families and for those who does not prefer the busy city centers. The hotel is really nice, clean, cozy and well equipped. I loved the design of the corridors! My favorite place was the sundeck. Where during I was reading my book, I was able to enjoy the breathtaking view and sunset. Breakfast was excellent - extra large range of selection. Everything was fresly made and good quality! The staff is sooo friendly,.smily and nice! They supported us all along our holiday and made it unforgettable. I can tuely recommend the place. The kids and we also loved it very much! ♥️

The staff was really friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The location was good and you could get easily to Zadar center with the bus.

The road next to the hotel was very busy, the jacuzzi was only cleaned once a week which caused a blur in the water and so it wasn’t very appeasing.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. The highlights included the super friendly staff, the buffet breakfast with a wide selection of food & most importantly the hot tub on the top floor.

Very pleasant staff. Everywhere beautifully clean. Breakfast excellent with amazing variety of food on offer. Bedroom a bit small but perfectly manageable. We were on the second floor. There is no lift which could be a problem if you are in any way disabled. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Hotel perfectly placed with the beach just across the road. Bus Stop just across the road with bus into town every 30mins. We had an evening meal at the hotel several times. The food was very good and reasonable price with good variety on the menu.

No problems or dislikes

This hotel is located very close to the seaside. The personnel were really helpful especially a girl on reception. There is a terrace with jacuzzi on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is really nice!

There is no lift at the hotel. Check out time is 10 am which is very early. I was allowed to stay until 10:30 am only. I don’t think it takes 4 hours to clean the room. A tap was a bit broken and the dispenser with shampoo was empty( I suppose 4 hours isn’t enough to fill it in) If you want to get a beach towel you need to pay 2,5 euros.
