poor maintenance of property, things are barely functional.

the cleaning is poor, full of dust and spider webs. poor kitchen facilities. no maintenance on the property. everything is old and not well maintained. in general I will never recommend it if you like cleaning and hygiene.

Nice large apartment

Construction work next-door. Drilling and hammering on adjoining wall all day. Not mentioned by staff. Message not returned.

It has 3 bedroom and there is an ensuite bathroom with each bedroom. Unheard of in most of Europe. Good location and very comfortable.

The rooms were very nice. It was perfect with two bathrooms for a group of 5 with 2 teenagers. Very quiet, couldn't hear the others walking upstairs. Location was perfect, near St Marks square, many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this property.

I don't know what could have been better. Perhaps 2 sets of keys so we could go separate ways and be able to get into the apartment independently.

Fantastic location. Good sized rooms that met all the needs of our family requirements for space, beds and bathrooms .

Only very minor points which we shared with owner, as overall it was a great place. Mentioned about kettle leaking, more big cups and glasses, dishwasher tablets being provided would be positive, washing up liquid and teatowels as we did use kitchen and cooking facilities.

Location was great as well as the size of the apartment for 8 adults. We only missed the microwave in the kitchen. In short, we felt well.

We were not happy at all looking at the building. Entrance door and hall were terrifying , Really in poor condition.

The apartment was large and the layout very inviting. Things like heat and water pressure were perfect. The location of the apartment could not have been better. We were met by a very welcoming and professional representative of the owner. The apartment was clean and the linens good quality. There was soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. We were there in winter, but the apartment has a charming little balcony which must be divine in the warmer months.

With a little investment, the apartment could really be first-rate. The principal weaknesses were the quality of the mattresses, the lack of kitchen equipment, and the sporadic internet due to sketchy electrical wiring. We didn't regret the non-working TV. I tried all of the beds to choose my room, but they are equally uncomfortable. The kitchen has a gas stove, but a non-working spark and nary a match in sight. The electric kettle functioned, but the toaster was broken. There were no bowls for cereal, so breakfast was complicated. Renters should know that they should bring every consumable but salt. It would make a real difference to have a token 'starter kit', say, a roll of paper towel, dishwashing liquid, or some instant coffee and a couple of little envelopes of sugar? I say all of this with some sadness, because the apartment has a real soul to it and deserves love. All said, no weaknesses in the apartment were serious enough to dampen the pleasure of our visit to Venice.

I’ll start off by saying the location is fantastic and the canal view was very quaint. The host was pleasant and accommodating to our late arrival for a hefty extra fee. That being said the online pictures look wonder and fully accommodating. But in reality it was like renting a totally different Airbnb. Only the kitchen and 2 bathrooms looked like the photos which was extremely disappointing. The photos showed 6 bathrooms and there were only 3, one which was in need of a deep clean from all the mold everywhere in the shower and really bad lime scale. I had to scrape off the scale so it could get a decent water spray out of shower head. The whole place needed a good grime clean and dusting especially the vents. Most of the furnishings where different and rearranged. When it rained, water leaked badly from the living room window and under the sofa. There was no carpet in living room and the television was a small white computer monitor that did not work. Radio did not work either. The televisions in photos where no where to be found. WiFi only worked in main living area. The stairs and front door in photos where no where to be found. The terrace was messy and planters were stacked on top of each other with weeds and also blocking the railing. The beds in master bedroom felt like lying on hard boxsprings. The kitchen was ill equipped. No complete set of glasses, no bowls, towels for drying, bags or bans for recycles which was a must. The drying rack and sponges smelt horrible and stunk up the kitchen when you opened the cabinet that they were stored in. If it wasn’t for the beautiful city of Venice our stay would have been miserable.

The best apartment in Venice ! We were group of 8 and booked 4 room apartment for 4 nights. We were met on arrival and welcomed. Everything was absolutely fantastic and we never have been more satisfied. The apartment is nicely decorated in typical Venetian style. It is really spacious with 3 full bathrooms , very large sitting area , big terrase and well-equipped kitchenette. Perfect views on the canal. Great location for exploring Venice - only 5 mins walk to San Marco square, Rialto bridge, Coop supermarket and easy access to water bus . Thank you so much for the comfortable stay. We absolutely gonna come back again. Definitelly recomended!!

Location, spacious, confortable beds.

Humid, and cold. Furniture is very dated and the apartment needs maintenance: two of our kids had serious allergic reactions, not sure if it was mold or dust from dated furniture.

the apartment has a beautiful stone floor and wooden ceilings. 2 out of th e3 bathroom look fantastic, if only they had warm water!

the warm water is only enough for one person to shower. it is not enough to fill the advertised whirlpool bathtubs. in the ground floor sewage smells emerge from a flap under the dining table. the heating does not work. the kitchen is not equipped to cook, no cutting board, no cork screw no coffe making facility. several windows are disfunctional and blocked. - if feels like previous owners invested in the quality of the rooms, the current management does not like it to be a comfortable place to use. the apartment is in the ground floor and 1st floor. water view only if you lean out of the window. all in all a very frustrating experience.

This apartment was in a quiet section of Venice about a 10 minute walk to San Marco Square. The area was very quiet with not a lot of tourists venturing in this area. The price was lower than almost all the other apartments that were available for this size (3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms).

The property is actually several apartments and you cannot tell where your apartment will actually be located until one day before you arrive. This apartment was no where near the location indicated on the map on booking.com. The inside of the apartment looked nothing like the photos on booking.com - the photos were obviously from another apartment. The two upstairs bathrooms had been fully renovated but the downstairs bathroom was in desperate need of upgrading. Plaster was coming off the walls, floor was missing tiles, the bidet was located so that it was not usable. The kitchen sink was hard to use since you had to squeeze between the sink and the hot water heater on the wall. Vents had not been cleaned in months.

Authentic place near nice Venetian squares. Between Guggenheim and San Marco area. Every (airconditioned) bedroom had separate bathrooms.

3-bedroom apartment had no terrace. Don’t be confused by the photos, who combine different appartments.

Location

Broken front door. We often had trouble getting into the apartment because of front door. The staff was not able to help us because it was the weekend.

Great location but needs some amenities in the kitchen.

Very smelly and dark Toilet was broken and the lady said we'll fix it tomorrow but no one came to fix No buddy come to clean we had to clean our self every day

Host met us right on the canal and escorted us to the property, even explaining to our speed boat taxi driver what the best location for drop off would be. The location was quiet and the patio in the back was awesome. It was like a gondola highway!
