Clean.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. Bed was comfortable, and heating was adjustable. The breakfasts were very good with the option of a takeaway bag too for pastries if under a time pressure. Parking was easy, day and night, and large supermarket next door. Quiet at Night. All the staff we encountered were friendly. Bar area clean, and service was good. Usual hotel prices for drinks.

The toilet (rm 10) being an 'off the ground/floating' kind was not secure and moved when you sat on it!! Was afraid of it completely coming off the wall!

Clean, friendly staff. Ate in restaurant Thursday 24th September. Food excellent- chef even came to check if vegetarian was happy for food to be cooked in same oven as meat which was really appreciated. Food was not same standard the following night, different chef.

Would have preferred separate door to toilet.

The staff at check in was friendly, as well as in the morning at check out.

The room we were assigned was on the ground floor. Every time someone used the corridor door, it made a very loud noise. This went on continuously throughout the entire evening. Around midnight, a member of staff knocked on the door of the room next to ours. The knock was so loud that it sounded as if they were knocking on our door, and the poor soundproofing made every noise clearly audible. Shortly afterwards, a family arrived to check into the room next door. Unfortunately, they made no effort to keep the noise down. To make matters worse, the two rooms were connected by an interconnecting door, so we could hear everything happening next door. I couldn't sleep for hours.
