Location and convenience

There was construction going on so it was noisy. It was not very clean. The food was ok.

El baño no cuenta con espejo de vanidad con iluminación y aumento para el arreglo de las mujeres

Good location with great bar and restaurant.

A very short stay as i arrived on a late flight before leaving on another flight So only had 6 hours in the room But the hotel was kind firendly The room was clean and brand new great shower great bed and everything you might need

The room was fantastic and super easy to get to the gate It’s located inside terminal

There was a strange order in the hallways to the rooms U I thought maybe the carpets needed replacing.

La ubicación es perfecta.

El elevador no sirve y honestamente las instalaciones podrían ser mejores. Por el único motivo que vale lo que cuesta es la ubicación.

No hay una sola indicación en todo el aeropuerto de donde está el hotel. Más de media hora buscándolo.

Ruido en la habitación. No me dieron lo reservado h tuve que cambiar. Sin minibar aunque estaba anunciado

La limpieza y comodidad de las camas

Para poder llegar a recepción por el elevador solo sirve 1 y solo sube de 3 en 3 personas y como no estaba vestido como la gente que tiene dinero los trabajadores que ven las maletas ni nos tomaron en cuenta lastima por el tipo de hotel que exista discriminación por no ser gente rica

Su ubicación dentro del aeropuerto, ya que me aloje porque tenía una escala de muchas horas. Sus habitaciones están buenas, cómodas y limpias.

Que no me permitieron pagar con dólares, tuve que ir a buscar una casa de cambio dentro del aeropuerto, y pagar con pesos Mexicanos.

Attitude of desk staff. Inability to store luggage. Will be posting very bad report on trip advisor.

The room was clean and comfortable but a bit small. Loved having the restaurant and bar onsite. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and reasonably priced.

It was incredibly hard to find the hotel from terminal 2 at the airport. I was given directions via messaging but in reality, it was more complicated than the instructions implied. We were very tired and frustrated by the time we arrived.

The staff were wonderful.

Bathroom lighting

The room was nice- it was quiet, clean and had everything we needed. There was a very nice Spanish restaurant downstairs of the hotel, to the right of the elevator- excellent food, wine and service.

The directions to get to the hotel from the Terminal 1 was very confusing, as was the directions to find the hotel within Terminal 2. The counterperson could not find our reservation, fortunately, I had printed a copy for our records. Otherwise, the hotel staff was very courteous, polite and professional.

The location was perfect, staff was friendly

our room was airport view but 2 small windows with frosted glass did not allow for a view. The room had only one chair and no table. only one english channel (CNN) but only after we complained.

Es sumamente caro para que no sirviera el aire acondicionado y que la puerta que conecta con el otro cuarto es como de papel y se escuchaba hasta como orinaba el vecino. Increíblemente incómodo!

La gente que trabaja muy amable , hotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado para estar cerca del aeropuerto

Arrogant manager . We arrived at 2 :30pm and he refused to let us access the room . Tried telling us all rooms were busy being cleaned !!!!! And that not one single room would be ready yil 3 pm . Appreciate the check in was 3 pm but his manner was appalling , off hand Monosyllabic and dismissive . In my job I would be sacked with his attitude. It was where we needed to be — in the airport. Even then, it was a fair distance to get there from the terminal we arrive in and departed from.

It's not particularly appealing. It's fairly dark and feels like an old, cavern-like place. The restaurant was pricey and had a very limited selection.

Dentro de Terminal 1.

Pienso que es caro en comparación al tamaño de habitación, pero su ubicación lo hace el mejor.
