Almost everything, restaurant was good although slightly overpriced, breakfast buffet is very good, and the rooms are very comfortable.
The safe was broken and after asking to change it, the staff didn’t, and the day of our checkout, cleaning staff woke us up by walking in the room.

Good location, comfortable and clean rooms, and kind and helpful staff. Ilenia and Ilaria were particularly helpful, and knowledgable of the area. Restaurant food and staff, in particular Eduardo and Francesco, were fantastic.

Room was clean but very small particularly when you have an extra bed for a child. Male staff at reception and at the outside bar were particularly friendly and helpful. Sorry I’m not sure of names.
Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of fruit but I didn’t try the hot options. Shopping mall next door was an added bonus.
The pool was really busy and you had to wear swimming caps. Both of these points meant the pool was unattractive to my family of 5 which was a shame as it was one of the main reasons I booked it.
