CLEAN. GOOD FURNITURE. GOOD BATHROOM SAVE FOR SHOWER THAT DISINTEGRATED.

NOT - A SINGLE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TV CHANNEL. THE ROOM SAFE - NOT WORKING. WHEN REPORTED THIS AT THE RECEPTION, THE GIRL RESPONDED BY SAYING : " why do you want a safe?" NO - DUSTBIN IN THE ROOM. THE ONLY ONE WAS A V SMALL ONE IN THE BATHROOM. NO - HOT WATER IN THE MORNING !!! WHEN REPORTED AT THE RECEPTION , AN UNSMILING MAN REPLIED : " I KNOW. WE HAVE THIS PROBLEM FROM TIME TO TIME". NOT A WORD OF APOLOGIES, NOT A SINGLE SMILE, OR ANY BASIC COURTESIES FROM THE STAFF.

La tranquilidad y el tamaño de la habitación. El parking muy espacioso.Muy agradables todos los empleados y en especial la recepcionista Amal que estuvo encantadora. Muy bien comunicado el hotel con la red de autobuses, la parada está muy cerca. El centro se encuentra a 20 minutos andando.

Nada. Todo está perfecto.

room was comfortable, the bathroom spacious enough, and housekeeping was good mostly except for the changing of sheets for the length of time I stayed. According to the front desk, they changed every day, but that was not so.

Food at the Restaurant,

It was lovely, all the staff, from the cleaning lady, to the lady in the cafeteria, to the life guard, were all amazing.

They have to work on the pipes, because our bath/shower was clogged

Spacious rooms, well-prized, friendly staff

Access cards for the room stopped working (this happened almost every day). The staff was more than willing to fix them again, but it was a bit of a hassle.
