Everything was super nice!

The room was lovely, breakfast was fantastic. Pool facilities and children's play area kept little one happy. Surrounds were perfect for wandering with the pooch. Seemed like plenty of parking available. The hotel was a lot more luxurious than I expected for the price so very good value! Staff were friendly and communication was great with rapid responses to concerns presented prior to arrival.

This is really only a minor complaint but additional charge for the dog was a bit more than I would usually expect. But it seemed like the hotel took extra steps to keep things comfortable for them with towel and bowl provided and even poo bags if you needed them so I can see how the charge is justified.

The room was very spacious and clean. A nice working space and enough room for a child to play. The shower was really big. Robes and towels provided for when you use the pool or sauna.

The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity of food received (dinner).

Reception staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself, rooms facilities setting is great. Breakfast was splendid. Swimming pool a real plus.

Dinner. Service in the restaurant was poor, it took a long time for the food to arrive. Perhaps they are having staff problems.
