Good Location, clean tidy room with a small terrace

The restaurant was not open, nor any other restaurant in walking distance, which was very disappointing as we only booked as had their own restaurant. Breakfast wasn't until 08.30 and we had to leave at 07.45, so again very disappointed.

Wonderful stay in Torre del Lago! We would definitely come back in the future!

The location was great and the food was good.

The photos online definitely do not match reality. We stayed in a double room that was completely neglected, outdated, and unmaintained. On top of that, there is zero soundproofing. The ventilation system is extremely noisy, leaving you with a terrible choice at night: either keep it on and stay awake from the noise, or turn it off and sweat from the heat. The bathroom was in terrible shape as well: extremely old, with a broken shower door and a heavily yellowed toilet seat. We also ate at the hotel restaurant. The food itself was actually good, but the service was terrible. Breakfast service was equally disappointing and poorly handled. You are clearly just paying for the location here. The property is absolutely not worth the price they charge.
