La ubicación y el confort

J'ai adoré cette hotel, pour sa taille, sa tranquillité, sa déco et le confort . On s'y sent chez soi très rapidement, et le personnel est très sympa et aux petits soins.

The suite is nice, clean and comfortable.

Everything I need was provided.

Absolutely disappointed stay!! We have booked an apartment junior suite with Calle De Loretta view instead received a disaster small room with view as on the photo,,no bathroom door , no privacy, the curtains had burned marks -need to add that we were staying with 10 year old son. About the reception team ,don’t know what to say , never had as bad experience as in this hotel- without any authentication they changed our room , still taking the payment for apartment suite. On our reservation we had allocated room 640 , someone crossed the 6 and put 140 In pencil hence the we have given the disaster room! Never go there !!!!! Terrible place!!!!

Spacious suite, well appointed. The staff were very helpful.

A shame that one cannot make a cup of tea or coffee !
