the place is clean & nice. the staff are lovely!

Food was mediocre and mainly lukewarm.

Very disappointed with this hotel, We were booked in for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. The apartment we were given was very shabby and not like in the photos. The hotel catered mainly for families with children which was great for them but if you are a mature couple who enjoys a relaxing holiday with good restaurant, this isn't for you. Despite this we found the staff friendly and helpful.

Just about everthing really, especially the restaurant which was very noisy and food basic with not much choice.

not enough tables at the restaurant for all the guests, we queued for 30 minutes for dinner. transportation to Tossa de Mar could be much better (not enough departures) food was OK, can be improved had to unplug the TV to connect the microwave to a power outlet not enough parking on site, I payed for parking (5€ per day) but it was a bit of a walk from the hotel

Breakfast and dinner are really good. Staff is amazing, especially the entertainment staff. They love kids and keep them busy with loads of activities. Pools are very well maintained and neat.

Very basic for the price you pay. Everything else is to be paid for extra e.g. laundry, mini golf, shuttle service etc. shuttles are very limited so if you miss them you are spending extra on taxis. Rooms are small and beds not comfortable - no double bed in the room, instead two single beds were joined together which kept coming apart! Pools are also a bit cold, temperature needs to be maintained at comfortable level.

everything was in Spanish. No translation into English by any of the entertainment staff during the day or at night. I can speak bits but my family can’t and it was unfair to them

Great for families, we had 3 generations, oldest child loved it , plenty of nice and varied dinners , good entertainment , lively fun atmosphere

Dinner was a bit late due to it starting at 8 pm which sometimes did not suit the children , lack of information on activities , being given out on arrival would be good

The property is very family oriented and kid friendly. It is a hotel for being with kids. The pools are ok. The food is not bad.

They extra charge you for beverages even if you have full board. The charge is by default on arrival, and it is for any type of beverage, even water. They charge 2EUR per adult per meal and 1EUR per kid per meal.

Absolutely perfect for young families. Swimming pools, kids entertainment, restaurant all great. Facilities a little aged but not too much so; good value for money all round. Biggest disappointment is that the WiFi isn’t so strong (we use Netflix in the rooms for the kids but pauses). Location is only 5min drive to the beach. Tossa is a really nice quaint resort

We asked for a room with a single beds but they gave us bed couch instead. Staff do not use face mask Several game machines are not working Asked for cot on room, although they confirmed it was never on the room

All the staff were kind and helpful. The location and proximity to the beach and waterworld was great.

Paying for drinks when we had already paid for full board was very hard to accept, especially when they didn't want to reimburse me for drinks that we didn't consume when we were absent for 2 meals and I had to insist. It will influence my decision to come back next year as we visit every year.

Spent two nights here whilst transitioning to down to southern Spain with our two children aged 13 and 15, plenty to keep them entertained.. really lovely comfortable and clean apartment, all the apartments are situated around the main pool so great if you have children, very easy to find even in the dark and parking out the front of you can get a space for free or 5€ a night to park round the back, I would definitely recommend a walk into tossa de mar, It has a beautiful beach and great restaurants and you can walk along a nice quiet tree lined back lane to get In to the town about 15 minute walk..
