Gran Hotel Barcino 4 Sup

Breakfast was great. Loads of choice. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Wonderful room and the BEST showers I've ever had in a hotel! It really is a lovely hotel. We'd book again.

Aircon set too high for my taste.

Only minor but the sink plug in the bathroom wouldn’t hold any water

Room was great and so was the shower. The welcome and all the staff were very helpful. Location and accessibility to all the attractions were superb.

Elevator: It’s in back of your mind elevator has a 1 person limit capacity. We just end up taking the stairs to 3rd floor not risking getting stuck. Maintenance issue: Fridge was not working but they did swap a workable fridge. Toilet was dripping constantly really disturbed our sleep. We just live with it don’t want the hassle to deal with the process of addressing another issue. Note Woohoo did reach out to offer a credit but only means of the credit is to provide banking account details to transfer credit. I decline as with so many identity theft not comfortable sharing this type of info.
