overvalued in terms of price, 4 star hotel doesn’t provide with water aloneside our stay, except first day. There was not a kettle in the room as well as iron. On my first night I asked for hot water, on reception I was told that kitchen is closed, on second night reception gave me kettle. On first night I encountered sewage problem in shower. When you asked to change room you get standard response that we are totally booked. 4 star hotel which are concerned at least upgrade room or try to please customer. Standart complementary breakfast, small option of fruits.

The location is excellent. disappointingly, the room was small but after looking at two others we decided to stay with the allocated room. We were unable to get a King size bed, only two together. Not a tragedy.
Breakfast was very reasonably priced and more than enough with a good variety on offer.
WiFi was intermittent and not always reliable.
One disappointment was that only cardboard cups are provided. these were never changed during 5 days despite being clearly broken from regular use. For a 5 stay hotel this is not good enough.
Small, but adequate room. Ridiculous paper cups.

Only the location
1. The quilt and the bedsheets were dusty and lot of hair. complained still there was no proper response. We wer told that the manager will talk to us or meet us but nobody turnedup

Made it loud and noisy with windows open. Website states air conditioning but it was not in use because of government? That’s crazy communist control. I still paid full price and didn’t get a discount for no air conditioning available. Made room stuff yet loud with the windows open.
Working air conditioning please. Especially if I paid for it and it states on website that they have air conditioning. Why no discount and disclaimer that you don’t control the air conditioning. Not okay with full price and no air conditioning comfort

Great location and close to different metro line. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice selection of food for breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when I return to Barcelona.

Pleasant staff. Great location - city center, all attractions around, near the sea. Neat hotel, spacious room.
The room smelled strongly of chemicals. Then we realized that the smell was from the bathroom. When we left the hotel, we made sure to close the bathroom door so the stench wouldn't spread throughout the room.
There was no cleaning brush there…
The windows faced the main street. It was difficult to sleep because there was a lot of noise.
Breakfast was not always warm.

great location, you have everything in short walking distance. we had a balcony to the street and enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle going on. The beds were comfortable and WiFi was good.
if you care for noise at night ask for a room not facing the street.

Friendly staff and good location.
Terrible bathroom - poor drainage. Dated interior and furnishings. Toiletries amenities lacking. One small bottle hair and shampoo. No tea or coffee in the room. Old bed.
