We found ourselves in an emergency situation, and needed to be close to the train station. So we had not booked or indeed had any knowledge of the NOBU. You staff were exceptionally understanding and helpful and I cannot praise them enough, especially as my wife was taken ill on the second day. I would like to especially thank Tanya and Carmen.

The hotel is located in a great part of Barcelona convenient to the old town and La Rambla. facilities were good and staff very friendly and helpful. the room we stayed in was a good size and comfortable.
Street facing rooms are a bit noisy.

Breakfast was great, staff at the reception desk were very helpful.
Bedroom cleanliness and provision of tea and coffee components could have been better. Hence the lower scores above.

The location is very central and excellent. Close to wonderful restaurants and the cathedral.
The room was small. And the wifi was absolutely useless. i was barely able to acccomplish work and had to hotspot from my phone data plan to do so
