The staff were brilliant,all smart, helpful, friendly and professional. Location was ok not too far from the beach, sea and restaurants. it is not front line so no sea views however some rooms get a nice view of Ifach. The location lacks character as it's one of very many high rise buildings. The food was good but not great, lots of choice but normal hotel canteen style.

Poor selection of UK tv channels. Most of which didn't work.

The breakfast was excellent and highly recommended.

It was a warm hotel for time of year. relaxing. late breakfast... lovely large bathroom

the.view..the rooms are very plain. pillows.....settee needed a cushion indoor pool...not welcoming... not much sound on tv

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Car parking very close by. Great restaurant.

Location and staff. Staff on hot plate during breakfast excellent, very accommodating as all of the floor staff.

Dining, in the evening, food cold, staff on hot service need to be retrained, lack of care to customers.

Breakfast was nice, view was good from our room but we stayed at floor 13. Staff at the bar was amazing!

I liked everything but most especially the staff stood out. They were young and fun, always smiling and hit the right note with each different age group which ranged from the very young to the very old and everything in between.

Nothing to be honest. It was spotlessly clean, in a brilliant location and the views were incredible. Again the staff were just lovely.

The shower in bath is dated and dangerous (ie slippery.) Also my grandchildren were in a villa close by, and we were unable to invite them to share a few hours with us by the pool.

The queue for breakfast went right round the hotel. We could not get in. I have never seen anything like it. Chaos. They can’t cater for a full hotel. We have two young children and we had to go out to a cafe to buy our breakfast. Then had to involve Booking.com Customer services to get a refund for the breakfast we’d pre-paid for at the hotel. Could have been a lot better.
