The views were spectacular. Or apartment was recently modernised and was lovely, spacious and cool with a good aircon. There was a large bath in the bathroom (which was a nice surprise) plus a stand alone shower. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and not too cold. The quiet location was nice but there are still quite a few lovely restaurants and bars nearby plus a good supermarket up the road. Plus a short taxi ride away is the Fornells harbour which has lots of restaurants and is really charming. It was all better than I expected.

Our Do Not Disturb sign kept being blown off the door by the wind so the maid would ring the doorbell early every morning! A better designed sign might help. There are lots of steps around the property because it's on a side of a hill so it wouldn't be good for those with less mobility.

The location of the hotel is stunning - there is a phenomenal view from the terrace. The food choice is limited but the quality of the food is very good. A good drinks menu and strong cocktails! The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very old fashioned and our bathroom was cramped (you had to walk in sideways to fit in). The evening meal starts too late for children (730pm) as does the evening entertainment (930pm). It says it’s a family hotel but I wouldn’t recommend it for younger children. There are a lot of stairs to navigate and no offer of help with suitcases. It’s not in Fornells itself (which is a drive away) and very few other places to eat and drink. You will want to hire a car if you want to get out and about.

Friendly, comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning in the apartment (not too noisy).

super room with amazing sea view, so close you could hear the waves on the rocks all night. staff were helpful and friendly and all in all wish we could have stayed for longer

Very spacious apartment. Lovely sea view. Great location from the cliffs to observe sunset. Lovely bar and large swimming pool.

Sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Had to cover the shower drain and close the sink to limit it.

Getting about

Great location to see sunset. However there is no beach near the hotel as it is on very rocky side. Our apartment vas nicely renovated and big enough for 2-3 people.

Rooms in the building C are facing backyard with not attractive view. It's pity that the hotel with such a great location to see sunsets the sea has its restaurant in the -1 level. There was a bit of smell in the room that other travelers mentioned as well. I think it's either from conditioning or from sewage pipes.
