The location is great to explore Marrakech!
The staff was also great, and even prepared us some breakfast for the morning of our departure, since we had to leave early.
The breakfast was amazing and the pool was refreshing, especially after a hot day in the Medina.

It is in the outer walls off the city, the room we were in was superb, ornately decorated and you passed through a 10 ft long tunnel to access the bathroom. Plunge pool on the roof and sun terrace, lovely covered area in the shade, only had breakfast here but they do do traditional Moroccan meals as evening meals, breakfasts were very good.

Helpful and friendly staff, location. Hammam and tour services including transfer arrangement.
The shower could be scolding hot or freezing cold and I had to hold the shower head at just a dribble. Any speed and it soaked the floor, also the pool really would benefit from a hand rail and markers for depth.

Location and aesthetic was great
Pool area had construction work and very messy and not usable most of the time. Didn't look like the pictures. Issues with payment at accommodation too which was stressful and took time out of the holiday.
