we had a great night in a very comfortable bed. The room was very quiet and dark that we slept longer than usual. Will certainly come back one day.

Lovely comfortable cool room . It was quiet too , which allowed me to sleep and get over the jetlag from my trip. I made use of the tea making facilities and fridge . Staff very friendly and helpful too.

We were there during a very hot period and there was no a/c in the room - this wouldn't be a problem except during a heat wave.

Lovely atmospheric character building with lots of historical features. Our room was clean and beds were comfy.

our ground floor family room had no air con which would normally be fine but it was a really hot night and we roasted. we couldn’t even really opens window as there were only French doors onto a common area so no privacy or security if we opened anything. We were also near reception so there was some noise from ppl checking out early.

Steep stairs. No lift. No community kitchen. Not many power points. Bit dark inside unit from limited light. Balcony doors on 1 side, no other windows. Small bathroom.

beautiful building & room, I enjoyed the big balcony with overlooking the park. quiet area but still close to restaurants, laundry, shopping and public transportation. I really liked the Randwick neighborhood, enjoyed walking to Coogee beach from the hotel. I appreciated also the well equipped small kitchen area in the room to prepare some food. good wifi as well for working remotely and watching Netflix. Great value for the money in my opinion. I would definitely come back.

because its an old ( but beautiful!) building, it smells also a bit old in the room. but with air freshener its no problem :)

The rooms were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even helped some of the less mobile members of our party with bags and ground rooms.

Tiny bathroom, small tv for the room size. Given the style & history of the building we expected it to be more luxurious than it was, needs some updating.

Plz add some herbal tea bags We would prefer to be reminded that the towels would be changed each day so we could refuse that to save so perhaps ask people on arrival so they could decline- it’s not good and ott in this environment to need new towels after one use ! Thanks
