Our host Rafael was a Gentlemna. Nothing was an issue or a problem. The apartment is quite large and less than 5 minutes stroll to the beach. The old town is a 10 minute stroll.
The pub adjoining the property is very casual and pleasant in the warm evening. The Resteraunt Paco is aboy 20 metres from the apartment and the food was very good and quite cheap!
I have stayed in Marbella and Porto Banus before and i much Prefer Estaepona.
Given the heat, I would have loved Air Con, the ceiling fans are fine normally, but the 37C heat at the time was too much for me when trying to sleep.
I gather this temperature is way above the normal for this time of year.

The bed was super comfy. I ended up having a medical emergency there while traveling alone and the building manager was very kind to call me a doctor
The parking is a big issue. The paid underground parking that they talk about is in a totally different building. And I don't think there is ac although I didn't need while I was there.

I wish I could give a 100 ****** , excellent location near everything , beach, playground and facilities, the old town just behind . Professional Staff, the apartment, big, clean everything was provided in the kitchen like home sweet home.
The second day I booked already for my next holiday as I'm not gonna bother myself to look for another place. As per my long years as a travel agent & cabin crew , this place is the best.

I liked everything, the place is near the beach, many shops and cafes. It is convenient to come and go with a car. Since this is the central part of the city, I strongly recommend renting an underground parking lot from the owners for an additional fee, and you won't have to stress about where to leave your car. I liked it very much, super.

Everything you could need, all kitchen and facilities very good eg. heating,washer and helpful staff. any issues and you contact them and they would immediately come to the apartment and resolved the issue. Great location between the old town and marina, bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The best apartment I stayed in on my 6 week trip on the costa del sol. Rafael and Maria were excellent managers and so helpful and tge apartment was beautiful. For me having Irish and English TV was great for sitting in and making tge best of my comfortable home from home, will definitely be back.
Nothing much except for the noise from the friendly restaurant across the square but we also did enjoy the friendly staff so not too much to complain about

The location was excellent. Close to the beach and amenities. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The balcony was very small and overlooked a small square which was very noisy at times.

Estepona is a very lovely city, the old town is beautiful.
Maybe AC would be a nice to have especially during the summer.

Nothing to dislike but it would be absolutely perfect if it had a pool.

Location. Beautiful apartment equipped with everything you would need including washing machine. Close to beach and old town bars and restaurants. Also close to marina.
No view. Street View blocked by trees. However we were on 1st floor. No aircon.

Excellent place to stay in near the old town. Walking distance to marina 10 min. Shops restaurants nearby, restaurant outside door of apartment great value. Main course for 4 golfers & some beers (a lot of beer) €82 Total. 3 bedroom Apartment spotless, there for 5 days golf courses about 10 min drive away (Atalya) very good. Would highly recommend

Everything went well from start to finish. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is super, near to restaurants, shops and the beach. We will very happily return there in the future and recommend it as a comfortable and relaxing place for a break.
