Was very clean with comfortable beds, especially the pillows. New bathroom, spacious shower. Very easy parking right behind the hotel, a lift, good breakfast, central….
I had no idea there was a bar and settees and chess sets - these were behind a closed door, which was a bit intimidating.
I thought was a private space for the owner until we went there for breakfast on our last day. Lots of locals popping in for coffee etc which was lovely. A kettle and mugs in the room would have been grand.

You could walk into the town. The beds were comfortable. The shower great and Henri was very helpful and friendly.

Location is very central. Very close to shops, restaurants, cafés and bars. For pilgrims it is right on the Camino.
Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean.
Staff very friendly.
For 2 nights I only got 1 shampoo and bodywash packets. I probably could have gotten more if I asked, but still.

For the price and location, I was expecting something that was dated and worn. I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were in great shape and the bathroom had some room and was clean and modern, but basic. The breakfast was great, better than hotels we paid twice as much for.
A Single large pillow for two to share. We could have used two pillows for a room booked for 2.
