Location is very nice and is a service colleague are also very nice

this hotels equipment need to be improved. We have only two electric Plugs in a Family suite.

The hotel has a large private parking which is very convenient since it is very difficult to park in Porto Ota in the summer. The pool is very nice and offers beautiful views. The rooms have nice terraces.

The rooms are very expensive. I am aware that this is an expensive city but for the price we paid I would have expected nicer rooms, a fridge and a working wifi. The building is quite old. The staff was not always very friendly. Furthermore it took nearly half an hour to pay for the room because the wifi was not working and because the receptionist could not find the necessary data on the computer. On arrival we were told that breakfast was 9,50. When paying we found out that this does not include taxes. Normally prices are shown all inclusive.
