Easy to locate and close to Train stations, Food, Grocery Store
Room was tidy
Room was a little small but perhaps that is to be expected in parts of Paris. Small fridge did not work

Location near metro station was good, plenty of restaurants nearby, room was clean.
Hallways and elevator were dirty - could use sweeping, washing, some attention to detail

Clean, lift worked, excellent location, aircon worked, 24/7 reception
Check in staff told us to leave our key at reception when we would go out (I find this a little odd), but more the problem was that other staff would then look like it was a bother to them when you gave them the key like asked…?
The room was smaller than expected, but it is manageable, maybe tricky if you have a lot of luggage / large suitcases.

Good location, good facilities in the room, including aircon.
The description says "24-hour front desk", but when I returned to the hotel at 1am one night, and rang the doorbell, nobody answered. I pressed again, waited a few more minutes, still nothing. I had to telephone the front desk and let the phone ring for over a minute before someone emerged to let me in.
