Localização excelente, próximo a praia, bares, resturantes, 7 Eleven, etc
Estavamos em 5 amigos então quando fiz a reserva foi para 3 quartos com 2 camas de solteiro cada, isso estava na descrição do quarto/reserva no site. Porém quando cheguei todos os 3 quartos tinham somente uma cama de casal, então tive que solicitar a alteração que demorou pois o hotel estava cheio. Inclusive a recepcionista disse eu deveria ter solicitado isso como "solicitação especial". Demorou bastante, os quartos foram disponibilizados as 16h00. Outro problema foi que cheguei as 14h10 (checkin era as 14h00), mas dos 3 quartos somente 2 estavam prontos, mesmo com as camas erradas. O banheiro não tem box, era uma cortina que não fechava o retangulo alcançado pelo chuveiro e ainda ficava a uns 20 cm do chão e encostava no vaso sanitário. O banheiro ficava todo molhado.

Fantastic location in Ao Nang, right near the beach, restaurants on the door step. Pool was great, they provide towels and let you chill by the pool all day after check out. There’s also toilets and showers for you to use before heading to the airport etc.
The reception staff were brilliant, extremely friendly and polite. Always had great smiles, were very helpful, welcoming and added so much to the experience of this hotel.
If you get a room with a mountain/pool view then it’s stunning.
The rooms are quite tired (although spacious). The bed is SO uncomfortable, like sleeping on a rock. Our aircon barely worked and I was constantly too hot. We were in room 404. It desperately needs a new air con unit.
There is no lift.

Perfect location to the beach and everything else, staff are so nice, pool is a decent size and very clean, we looked to book an extra 2 nights and staff were happy to price match booking

The location is great and affordable! With a view to the mountains, nearby the beach, restaurants and tour companies. Still can be quiet to rest. The staff is amazing, always welcoming.

The staff is really nice, pool was clean, as was the room. Great view on the mountains. Near everything, perfect location.

Very close to the beach, staff is nice
They have rats in the dropped ceiling of our room and we were separated from them only by a thin layer of drywall - something that rats don't have a problem biting through. Besides the obvious problem of not wanting to live one meter from them and thinking if/when they will get to the room, they woke us up at night because they were running, scratching, and squeaking. We left the hotel because of this.
Besides the problem with rats, there are also a lot of ants in the room and the furniture is a bit dated but that on its own I think would be okay for the lower price.

Location is great within a walking distance from restaurants, pubs and shops. Less than 5min walking from the beach. Staff is wonderful and caring. Room is big and comfortable.
Bathroom needs reparation. Windows didn't lock properly which allow noise to pass through. Suggest to pay extra to have mountain view instead of the city view.

Location is fantastic in terms of what there is to do in Ao nang
Hotel is nothing like photos. Very dated and needs urgent refurbishment, facilities not functional such as safe. Shower and bathroom are very poor, to much noise from outside no double glazing. Bed is super hard like sleeping on floor. Would not recommend to anyone. Cannabis shop in the lobby !

great spot, pretty standard hotel facilities but the location is great and the staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful, also the view out the back isnt half bad! great time would recommend!

The location is nice, just nearby the beach and Bangla Road. They also provide a chiller.
The location is nice, but no parking provide. It’s hard to looking for parking if u are drive. The best is comfortable, but the room were not really clean. as well as the bathrooms.

- the bathroom was very old and in terrible condition. The shower was awful.

- the room has a very old door to the terrace, locked with an old chain.

The owner, Pookie was so smiley and friendly, always asking us how we were and if we needed any help. Her partner runs the little cafe in the hotel and he is super nice and kind. Another young lady on reception, didn’t get her name, sorted our airport transfer and was always asking us what we plan to do with our day and if she needed to help us. The hotel was very clean and a decent sized room. The pool is a good size, depth and is clean. The location is great, 2 min walk to the beach and there is a restaurant directly under the hotel which have the most amazing food. We went there everyday. If we return to Ao Nang, we will be sure to stay here again. Highly recommend.

The recepcionist was really nice at check in. The location is good, very close to restaurants and the beach.
The room smelled really bad and the beds were really uncomfortable. As we just stayed the one night we made due but I wouldn't return to this hotel.
