The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were excellent, especially the reception team. I lost my luggage during my flight, and the reception staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept following up and tracking the issue until my luggage was finally delivered to the hotel. I really appreciate their kindness, support, and professionalism. They made a stressful situation much easier for me.
Nothing in particular. I had a very pleasant stay and was happy with the service.

Great location, close to a metro, the service was fantastic and the room was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again!
