Great location, has a metro station just next door to the property and the walk to dotonbori is about 15 mins.
Room was on the bigger side for Japan, we had a lot of space.
No natural light in the room and sound proofing could be improved

The hotel is just a short walk from Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping, and having a subway station right next door makes it super convenient.
The walls of the hotel were quite thin, so I could hear the guest next door snoring all night.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff were always polite and could communicate well in English. We also appreciated the vending machines and the fresh towels provided every day. There were enough elevators that we rarely had to wait, which was a nice plus. The bedroom itself was a good size, and the entrance was surprisingly spacious, making it easy to accommodate our luggage.
The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit small.

The breakfast is good though they should have fresh fruits. Location is excellent. It is next door to Nagahori train station.
The housekeeper does not clean up the room. No emptying of trash bin too. Only clean towels are given on a daily basis. They only clean up after the guests check out.

"Es war sehr zentral, 15 Minuten Fußweg von Dotonbori. Das Personal war sehr freundlich."
