It was beautiful location and the staff was really polite and friendly.

There was not wifi in the room. But when I read about the hotel it said free wifi. So I presumed it would be accessible for the clients. The only wifi working was in the lobby and it was really far from the bamgalo. The breakfast was disappointing as well, first day was OK, second day many things we asked was not delivered, third day it was really miserable, the fruits were overripe and the quantity was not enough for one person. We asked for more and they said they didn't have it. My boyfriend also asked a tapioca that never came. Overall, the breakfast works a lá carte, so you pré select what you want so they have on the next day, however this is not what happens because we need to keep reminding our order, and as mentioned before it was ignored as well. Item such as shampoo, conditioner and soap, were not enought. The first day there was no shampoo and last day nothing was replaced. Which mean there was nothing to have a shower with. Regarding the room, the moskito net available was in really poor condition. There was so.many holes that the moskito could fly in and out easily. Overall, the hotel basically was too expensive for that it was delivered. I would not stay over there again if I come back to the island.

No internet in the Chalet. The first night they put us in an unstructured Chalet with some issues like holes in mosquito cover, balcony without guardrails (really not safe).

The hotel consists of several bungalows built on a steep slope. The way to the bungalow leads through a beautifully maintained tropical garden and from the bungalow (at least from ours) one has a fantastic view of the bay. Breakfast must be ordered in advance, but is then really excellent. The cuisine is also very good for dinner and one can feel a French influence. If the kitchen is closed, it becomes more difficult to find something comparable in the village. Kind staff and helpful manager.

Getting there is a bit of a hassle, as the best option we know of is to hire a squad transport and then again someone to haul your bags (if you don't want/can't carry them yourself) up to the hotel. You could also come by boat, but that is also complicated. One is compensated with the view. What was a bit of a pity was that the hotel came out with the filter "private beach". We did not find a private beach. There are of course beaches, but we understand private beach something else. The value for money seems to me to be a little on the higher side.

Nice room and view. Location on Morere beach is great. Staff were friendly but assistance is not enough for this hotel standard (reception closes at 8pm, electricity shut down for 24h on the area with no info or support proposed, etc.)

Value for money, lack of brasilian style cosy areas (no music, no drinks/food available, dead athmosphere), no WiFi in the room, accessibility of the bungalow can be paintful (up hill)

Alizées Morere is beautifully located on a hill that overviews the bay in Morere. Staff could be friendlier. Big thank you to Enrique who was always there if I needed something!

During my 4-night-stay it was impossible to get shampoo at the hotel. I asked every single day for a small bottle of shampoo to be delivered to my room but was always told that they had run out of them. How poor can your logistic management be that you can't provide your guests with essentials during 4 (!) days? Upon check-in my safe was not working. When calling the reception I was told that I had to come down and pick it up from the reception ?! What kind of service is this?
