nice hotel, nice service, very very pleasant personal, excellent approach, excellent meal, nice family boutique hotel - perfect place to stay. Excellent meal

all was fantastic (maybe very small comment - for sauna it would be nice to get sheets besides towels... although we understand sauna in Italy is for naked..)

Have different kind of vegetables, fruit, cold cut and breads in the breakfast.

Tolle Ausstattung, sehr schöner Sauna-Bereich . Besonders toll waren die freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter und Besitzer, die uns tolle Tipps für Wanderungen gegeben haben. Ein Knaller ist das besonders hervorragende Abendessen!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was great, but the view was not as wide because it faced the street. The front desk staff was very nice and showed us a map of where we could ride the bikes or drive around. On the day we checked out of the hotel, we left early for a hiking trip and the staff let us have breakfast early, which was very appreciated.

I checked their website many times before we arrived and thought it would be a very enjoyable hotel, but the truth is we were very disappointed. First of all, the shower room is very small. Secondly, this hotel includes dinner, but the dinner time is fixed from 19:30 and there is no way to choose the main course. Thirdly, the hotel website has English but the dinner menu is only in German and Italian, which is fine, but when we checked in, we were told the receptionist that we speak English, not German or Italian. During the dinner, no one came to ask if we needed help or not, so we used the google translation to read the menu. Finally, when we entered the restaurant, the server's attitude was disrespectful. We heard the she told others who came in after us that they could have the salad bar first, but she did not mention it to us at all. Moreover, when she asked what we wanted to drink, we asked to see the wine list, and then we ordered water from another server, the original server took the wine list away from our table without asking. All in all, during my vacation in Italy, this was the only hotel where I felt disrespected and unhappy.
