The Manor Amsterdam

Very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Beautiful room, exceptionally kind and attentive service and a great breakfast. We loved it.

There is construction on the road in front of the hotel, but it did not bother us.

The Manor Amsterdam is at a very comfortable location - public transport such as metro and trams are at a close distance, shops and restaurants as well. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities listed. The Staff was exceptional and a pleasure to communicate with before, during and after the stay! Big Thank you!

Something that is temporary - there is currently construction work on the railway in front of the hotel and it can be noisy from quite early in the morning, if the windows are open. Having them closed helped reduce the noise by a lot!

The hotel is very far from the standards its star rating claims. Price are too high vs the delivered quality. The staff at the reception is bairly polite, unhelpful and fairly unpleasant (as examples: I was welcomed by a staff member that started right away making inappropriate fun of France politics and then proceeded of ignoring me, I also heard another staff members calling a group of Spanish ladies "chicas"). Very Unpleasant smell in the elevator Windows of the room in very bad shape Towels are old and worn out
