Sehr gute Lage mitten in der Natur. Sehr freundlich das Personal und die Chefin. Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Karte hat für jeden Gast ein besonderes Gericht

Wunderschön und abseits vom Trubel gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon. Kein typischer Hotelbetrieb, sondern ein Familienbetrieb, der ganz viele kleine und große Dinge im Auge behält, um den Gästen einen absolut wunderschönen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Einen lieben Dank an das Personal, was immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ist und einem wirklich das Gefühl gibt, sehr willkommen zu sein. Das Ganze wird noch gekrönt, durch echt tolles, frisch zubereitetes, leckeres Essen aus dem hauseigenen Restaurant!

The location of the hotel is fantastic and the views are stunning. Part of the staff is really friendly, f.i. the lady at the reception and the waitresses are very kind. The sauna is nice and cozy. You need to mention it at breakfast that you like to use it at the end of the day so the staff can prepare (it happened one day, it didn't happened the second :-().

The room we booked was a renovated one but this was partly true. Renovation is more than a new bathroom and another bed in the room. F.i. only one charging point at the bed. Door to the balcony was poorly closing which caused some cold from outside. The matras of the beds were in bad state. No dispenser for soap in the bathroom but 2 small soap-bags for 3 nights, we could not find the logic for this. Cleaning of the rooms is happening once in the 2 days due to high costs of water etc. Our table reserved for the 3 nights stay was suddenly provided to new guests on the 3 day, really weird. The restaurant was closed during day-time from March 24th (due to 'low'-season) but mentioned at the last moment during breakfast. No coffee/tea-facilities in the room, no offer to get some drinks from the bar downstairs, so not really customer focus. The food in the restaurant is good and tasty. The salad-bar is small (size) and refill of empty bows is not happening so need to be early. The same applies at breakfast some stuff is not always supplemented. And furthermore the price of the rooms was seriously priced for the provided quality.
