Every once in a while a hotel is a pleasant surprise in terms of cleanliness, location,size of the room and breakfast. This is the case of Hotel Greif a newly renovated beach hotel.

Nothing, everything was great.

I don't know if it is related to covid but the breakfast is not fully self service. You should wait and ask for a bun or a slice of cheese. The small minibar on the wall is very noisy all night, cant really switch it off. The room has very thin walls, all noises from corridor and neighbours enter the room.

The hotel is renovated so evertything was clean and tidy. It is near the beach and has a central location. I have experienced the smallest fridge on Earth! At least there was a fridge :)

We arrived with a 6 months old baby who slept in our bed and they charged extra 15 EUR/night for her - no other place did this before and it was not written anywhere before, they just sent a message after booking. The free parking was hundreds of meters away and they have not even asked us if we need a help with the luggages. The checkout time is 10-10.30, that is super early even before the breakfast room closes. The balconies are divided just with a transparent element so there is no privacy. We just didn't feel that we are welcomed guests at all so would choose another place next time for sure.

Very clean, modern, newly renovated hotel with fantastic location less than 100 meters from sand beach, sunbeds and umbrella on beach included in room charges. Adequate breakfast meal. Parking in front of hotel or on near parking zone free of additional charge.

Inappropriate noise, really bad sound isolation/protection for newly renovated hotel. Some intense technical sounds from water pipes or whatewer behind walls, even during nights, too noisy sounds from neighbouring rooms (voices, toilet flushing, shower etc), even talking from next rooms or corridors.

Excellent location, near the beach. New reconstructed hotel with good personal.

Everything was beyond my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms very clean. I' ve stayed in 4- 5 * Hotels in Italy before that weren't that clean as these here.
