The check-in process was extremely fast. I checked in at 8:15 and was in my room by 8:25. I was served breakfast upon early arrival, even though the first meal included in my package was lunch, without any additional cost. Multiple rooms were available for me to choose from. The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily with towel replacements. The food is diverse, especially during dinner. All the staff members are friendly, and they always have a smile on their faces despite their hard work. They don't expect tips from anyone. Mrs. Sherine provided continuous support throughout my stay, and I believe she is a major reason for the hotel's success. Aqua team is friendly and takes better care of the children than their parents. My 5-year-old son roams around the hotel on his own, and I feel reassured.

Queue for enterance of the main restaurant most of times,crowding in lobby&resturant….the Italian restaurant….cleanliness of house keeping….food offered in lunch& dinner
