Rooms are nice and big, pool is lovely and the location is great.

We booked 5 days instead of 4 and tried to cancel immediately but there was no way for us to cancel one day or get a partial refund. That was disappointing. Furthermore, we did not have WiFi for 2 out of the 4 days that we stayed there and you never know whether you have hot water or not. Electricity keeps disconnecting as well. We were told that this was due to an accident on the island but it was already happening before the accident. Breakfast is also very disappointing but the staff - especially MG - was very friendly and helpful.

The stuff wasn’t nice at all and not helpful enough

The staff was very very kind and housekeeping did an excellent and quick job on keeping the rooms clean every day. That was highly appreciated! There's also a large pool with a view of Koh Samui, which was nice. And you can rent scooters directly at the hotel, which you should definitely to get around easier, there's not much accessible by foot here.

Though the staff tried to make things better, we're unfortunately very disappointed with this resort. Upon arrival we had booked a transfer service from the ferry, which they charged at 400THB. The driver asked us to quickly wait for 10mins to pick up more guests from another ferry, but we ended up waiting for a whole hour! We could have been driven to the hotel and back in that time. Not off to a good start, but the hotel gave us a 100THB discount on the transport, fine i guess. Our room was very dark and small, you could only really walk around the bed and in the bathroom, plus you could see directly into the neighbors rooms so we had to keep our blinds shut at all time. Then we found a gigantic cockroach in our room, which made me not want to stay there anymore, but we couldn't complain to the front desk because the reception is closed after 10pm. Contacted booking, and the hotel gave us an upgrade to a bigger room with a jacuzzi on the balcony, which was great but turns out the drain wouldn't close so we couldn't even use it - bummer. The resort overall is quite outdated and dull unfortunately: breakfast is alright, spa is unused unless you ask the reception though it looked very unwelcoming and dirty when we peeked in, there's a dirty pond in the middle and nothing else to do really, which is why we spent most our time outside of the resort, and overall you could tell that it had lots of cracks here and there so it's not really what it once used to be.

First and foremost, the staff were absolutely warm welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, every staff displayed courtesy, and a genuine desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs and requests, making us feel like a valued guest at all times. The resort facilities were simply outstanding. The room we stayed in was spacious, elegantly decorated, and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. The comfortable bed, and signature amenities provided a truly indulgent experience. The room's design and decorations were evident and well appreciated. We were also thoroughly impressed by the resort's beautiful surroundings. The well-maintained gardens, stunning views, and serene atmosphere created a truly tranquil and relaxing environment. Whether I was lounging by the pool, taking a leisurely walk through the landscaped grounds, or enjoying a meal on the outdoor by the beach, we couldn't help but feel rejuvenated by the natural beauty that surrounded us. Finally, the resort on its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. It was heartening to see the efforts made to minimize the environmental impact, such as waste reduction initiatives, and the use of locally sourced products. This demonstrated your dedication to preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding area, and it resonated to our personal value.

The breakfast order service did not meet our expectations. The delivery of the breakfast order was all confused by the staff who just got trained. Orders were taken and acknowledged however everyone seemed to be confused with their own menu. Dishes that we ordered the same, were prepared differently. Various dishes that we did not order, were delivered causing massive waste of the resort catering resources. This experience left us dissatisfied and questioning the attention to detail and basic food knowledges and understanding of the staff. We had 6 days stay and it was a real struggle on every breakfast order with unnecessary stress to the staff and other guests.

Everything. The resort is so peaceful and quiet, we didn’t leave it for the two nights we where there, it had everything we wanted. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and so where the staff. The cocktails weren’t too bad either! In the early evening the staff brought a nice surprise to your room, sticky mango rice. The handmade soap, shower gel and conditioner shampoo where beautiful in the room. I couldn’t recommend this resort enough for your stay in Koh Phangan. I would give it 10 out of 10😍
