Location is very convenient as it is close to all the shops and landmarks around Paihia. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Reasonably comfortable room and amenities, and had what we needed.
During the first night of our stay, there was a strong smell of marijuana outside of our motel room so we had to shut off all the doors and windows to make sure it didn’t seep into our room. Also, there was quite a loud couple at the room above us during the middle of the night while we were sleeping which I found inappropriate and disturbing, especially for us who were trying to sleep peacefully and also for my younger sister whom I was with.

Loved the heated pool in the rain and the spa tub was nice. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Our apartment was pleasant and comfortable. The location is great and it was superb value for money.
Some of the fittings seemed a bit worn and tired and the pool and spa tub did not seem very clean.
