Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking would be good. Helpful if someone knew how to operate the room safe. Teething problems as all safes new.

The location was great. The most memorable thing to comment on was how accommodating the manager and front end staff responded to correct the booking error we made to ensure we had a room for the night. He did not really have to go to the extent he did but it was greatly appreciated. his efforts exceeded our expectation.

Pretty nice hotel for the price, and the breakfast is a real bargain.

The staff were mostly friendly but seemed a bit disorganized. I think they mentioned that they'd recently renovated and things were in flux. Anyway they did their best and we enjoyed our stay.

Very affordable hotel in the city center. Value for money. The hotel was under renovation. i am sure it will look nice at the summer season. No parking and no EV chargers close to the hotel but there is a parking tower near the railway station with free of charge kWh included in the parking fee.

The warm room and clean environment.

The staff after pointing out the noise in the early morning caused by their workers instead of solving the issue was rudely 'advising' us to go and talk to them.

nothing it was bad they put us on a floor full or loud people that were using it as a get together and loud there was another room that had a woman and man shouting with the door open. and our room had no door

the room smelt like plastic resin as the carpet was plastic and hard and glued on the smell wouldn’t go even after we sprayed our perfumes and had the windows open all night it was a very pungent smell. the bed was two single beds next to each other that with any movement would split apart it wasn’t even like they were the zip in the middle type. all pictures shown was probably of the one suite they had that looked good everything else looks nothing like the pictures not even the reception area. I don’t have pictures on this phone but if I can will add later STAY AWAY!!!!

i arrived around 12:00 ,I was sick.At the reception told me the check in was ar 15:00. I asked them to stay at the hall because it was sunday and most of the coffee shops and restaturants were closed but the lady there started to shout .I will never be again in this hotel.Whar does it cost to allow somebody that it feels sick to stay in the hall?????

very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us settle quickly after arriyvery late. comfortable and clean accommodation. Great breakfast!

The location is spectacular. Everything is within walking distance.
