Location cleanliness disability access

We weren't informed of the alternative access to pool so we only knew of the entry via steps, also there was no handrail in the shower which we could have brought with us - this would have been helpful and safer if advised when checking in particularly when I had made several enquires during and post my booking to ensure safe access - it is very important for people who have an incapacity to still be independent

Location was perfect! Room was lovely! View was delightful!

The frosted glass door to the bathroom was a bit annoying as in the night you would get woken up when your partner turned the light on, other than that it was great!

I lost some EarPods in the room but no one can find them The beds were abit hard but my wife got the staff to put a mattress topper on which was nice

The rooms at the North end of the property don't have views of the sea despite being beachfront.Weddings and special events take place in front of the room
