Great location, yup close proximity to the beach, both apartments nicely elevated with a great city/beach view.
The supreme aparts were so much better appointed than the standard with the standard being rather basic and dated, we rented one of each...reflected in the cost I guess but consider the $$ difference carefully...
The grounds were immaculate and it was a pleasure to be there from a family viewpoint, swimming pools/tennis court/basketball hoop and basic (very) gym were all good and safely located for the family of all ages.
Unfortunately I had a run in with the property manager on the 2nd night as he had a complaint that we had parked in the wrong park when I had parked exactly where I was supposed to. Way too aggressive I thought and blamed it on a 'computer error'..I wouldn't mention it if I had an apology, but didn't. A minor issue but a disappointment nonetheless and not at all professional I thought. Apart from that I have no particular dislikes about our stay (family of 10)

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location is great and facillities were clean and working.
Booking did not advise that pool towels were not included or else we would have brought our own. It should be noted on the booking that there is a hire fee for towels.

It was so close to the beach and a 15min walk to Cavill ave.
It wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived there was still rubbish under the beds and in the tv cabinet. We also found fake eyelashes all over the apartment.

The 3 bedroom unit was spacious with more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool and spa were well heated making them usable in winter and we loved the sauna.
The kitchen was infested with cockroaches. There was only 1 bowl to share and no baking trays for us to cook our pizzas on. The beds had only one thin blanket each and there were only two spares in the cupboard. We collected more from reception the next day.
