Unser Haus ist 1500 sq ft mit 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, Kabel-TV und WiFi, Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich unser Familienzimmer mit Brettspielen, Sony PlayStation 3, Billardtisch, Kamin und begehbarer Terrasse zum Entspannen und Genießen. Draußen können Sie im Whirlpool für 7 Personen entspannen oder sich mit Ihrem Lieblingsgetränk an die Feuerstelle setzen. Unser Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage, die auch viele Wochenendaktivitäten für Familien in ihrem 4-Millionen-Dollar-Clubhaus bietet, sowie Bootsverleih, Angeln, Spielplätze, 3 beheizte Pools (von denen einer nur 2 Blocks von unserer Straße entfernt ist), 5 Strände, und Tennisplätze. Wenn Sie diese Einrichtungen nutzen möchten, fällt für Gäste über 12 Jahren ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 8 USD pro Tag oder 35 USD pro Woche für ein Armband zur Nutzung aller Annehmlichkeiten an. Beim Check-in im Welcome Center wird eine Gebühr von 15 USD für einen Parkausweis sowie eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20 USD erhoben. Bettwäsche, Bade- und Küchentücher werden NICHT zur Verfügung gestellt, können aber gegen eine Gebühr hinzugefügt werden. Ich habe einen Link für Kerry Cleaning, wo alles bestellt werden kann und für Sie bereit ist, wenn Sie zum Haus kommen. Wir haben auch einen 4-Personen-Golfwagen zur Verfügung, der gegen eine Gebühr von 35 USD pro Tag (separat zu zahlen) hin und her zu Pools oder Stränden fährt oder einfach nur zum Spaß durch die Anlage fährt.

Great house for a family ski weekend. It was an easy drive to Jack Frost. Great house for family / kids. Clean and comfortable.

Weather didn’t cooperate for skiing but that didn’t change our mood! 2 families coming together for a family weekend and this house served us well from having different spaces for us to hang out, things to do and was very clean. We have rented many different homes and this was our favorite so far! We played pool in the upstairs rec room of the home, had a puzzle going all weekend on the dining room table, played cards and had plenty of room to prep our meals. Older kids used the hot tub and liked that option very much. Beds were comfortable too, something that is very important to us. We Even brought along our 4 legged family member (a little bichon poodle) and we could take her for walks in the community. Highly recommend!

My mother and I stayed with 4 teen boys and one younger son. There was plenty of room to spread out and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The only down side was that the kitchen and living space are on separate floors of the house so that was a little different. Overall great time and the boys enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks!

This was the perfect place for mine and my brother’s families to vacation together. Roomy kitchen counters for me to cook for everyone, awesome family room with games and seating, and plenty of space for us to split up if needed! I loved having the Queen bedrooms on both floors so both families could keep their own kids next to them at night! The owner was so quick to respond from the time of booking even up until the moment we messaged him upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this home to rent for a vacation.

Overall we had a great time and experience here. Pricing was fair, and the amenities were as advertised. The fire pit area was large, and plenty of room for the kids to play around. Having the deck and grill was very convenient. It was very clean on the inside, kitchen had all the necessary tools for cooking and grilling which was convenient. The heated pool was within walking distance, only about 1/4 mile away. Beaches and lake water were very clean. My only complaint was that we were looking forward to using the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. Someone was there changing out the water, however when we turned on the jets & heat pump the water turned green, so we were unable to use it, which was a bummer.
Altogether we were satisfied and left relaxed. We would definitely go back.

This home was one of the best locations we have stayed while visiting the Poconos. Arnie is great with communicating and assisting you with any questions/concerns. Arnie sent me a list of events for the week that the kids and I could do while we stayed. The check-in and check-out was very easy. The location of the house was great, close to the beach and pool. All the neighbors welcomed us and were very helpful too. We will definitely be back next summer!

Loved our vacation ans host helpful and very cooperative. And he noted in process of finding new cleaning service. What appearws to be a nice home was not cleaned well. Dust everywhere and items under all beds and furniture. Kitchen and eating area was clean

Arrowhead Lakes is a very nice area. Rules are a little strict but that helps keep it nice. The place was just right for our small group and the hot tub and fire pit were relaxing. So much fun riding around in the golf cart and on our bikes. Lake is great for kayaking and stand up paddle boards.

After reading a negative review from a previous renter I was somewhat wondering how the house would be for my family. I was very pleasantly surprised that the overall condition and the amenities that went with it were great. Having the use of the golf cart was a big plus and it was hard to get my 16-year-old granddaughter off it. She did most of the driving (with adult supervision of course!). Minisink pool was less than two blocks away but unfortunately we only got to use it one day because of all the storms that came through that week. Overall I would rate the stay at 34 excellent.

The photos and low listing price really help sell anyone on this home, but they don’t accurately represent what you're getting.
For the price, be aware of the additional linen fee that is charged and member fees which the owner requests via Venmo. The community center informed me that these fees were not legitimate to begin with and I assume that’s why they were requested via venmo.
Property conditions were much worse than the listing’s photos. The hot tub water was yellow and had a film over water. We checked and found no chemicals in the water either. The linens you pay extra for are just paper thin sheets and 1 towel per person. One bed had blood and other stains all over the mattress. The pool table is constantly on an angle, and on wheels, so it’s pretty useless for actually playing pool. Overall, it’s clear that only the bare minimum is put into maintaining this property.
After our stay, the owner claimed he could have resolved the hot tub issue had we notified him, but this was impractical because we were only there for 3 nights and didn’t see the tub problem until the last night. If you dare rent this place, I highly recommend checking everything and notifying the owner immediately if you have the same problems we did.

Arnie was fantastic to deal with, extremely accommodating and punctual with responding to any questions we had leading up to our stay. The house was clean and advertised accurately. I would recommend for families and/or friends who want to sit back, relax and enjoy some nature.

This property was great for a bonding trip with friends. There was enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. Arnie was responsive, nice, and very accommodating. Property was clean and there was entertainment and even a list of what to do nearby. I would definitely want to rent this property again in the summer to be able to enjoy the other amenities that were included.

It was easy checking in for both myself and my family. Everyone was comfortable and there were enough beds to accommodate everyone. The place was very cozy, the fireplace made everything more homey. I recommend this place to anyone looking to gather with their family and friends.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was great! Arnie was very attentive to answering any questions I had immediately. Hot tub was great, second night we didn’t leave the fire pit! The layout was great for playing games and eating together! Def recommend for a small group looking for a nice quiet time!

The overall stay was wonderful, however there were some quirks. The check in process is a long one and the wait took 30+ minutes. The house had some wear and tear but nothing unbearable. The air conditioners worked wonderfully, the water was hot, and I would definitely visit here again! Good for families as well as groups of friends! We all enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect vacation
Usually I do not write reviews, but this time I felt compelled. Arnie responded timely with each inquiry I had, he made the check in process extremely easy, and his rental home was perfect for a family vacation. Upon arrival, after checking in, we inspected the house and found it in pristine condition. We did bring paper products as suggested, but the house was fully stocked with literally everything we needed. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and the quality time we spent together playing pool and games upstairs. This was the first time my children vacationed up the mountains, although my husband and I are no strangers to Arrowhead. We plan on booking our next stay at Arnie’s lovely mountain home next year. Thank you for the great memories! Can’t wait to make more next year.

What an amazing community and place! We had three families with 4 children and we all fit in the house just fine! What a wonderful place and Arnie was an exceptional host! Just be prepared to bring anything you expect to use while there from sheets to towels.

Great place and area for young kids. We snow tubing at camelback one of the days and it was a short 25 minute drive away. Arnie was a wonderful host.
