very close to all shops, bars etc. very comfortable beds. Lovely apartment Kind and helpful staff. Had everything we needed . Had extra toilet rolls, towels, bed sheets etc Very big, bright and lovely apartment with a washing machine and dishwasher. overall very satisfied

-The apartment was very dusty on the ceiling and air-condition entries - There was some mold on the wall and in the bathrooms. -The microwave didn’t work as it didn’t heat up the food or the drinks. -There was broken hangers in the bedrooms and hooks that needed to be fixed, as broken. - Some blinds in the bedrooms were broken and weren’t working properly. -The floor was very dirty in the whole apartment. - There were old cigarettes in a plastic cup were you hang the clothes when we came in. - The flush in both toilets got stuck several times

Great location. Generous amount of clean towels/linen. Spacious, bright apartment. Good amenities as described. Beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and on our early arrival, our apartment was ready a few hours before check in time which was great.

Attention to detail! Microwave and oven weren't clean.Chipped dining plates. Broken hangers. Overall it's a very nice place that just needs an overhaul as it's a bit tired plus the cleaning needs to be improved

Modern, spacious and well equipped apartment situated in the "hart"of the city.

The sofa and the the armchairs had stains. The air-conditioning ventilators were full with mold .. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Morella del Carmen.

Poor arrangements for key pick-up; a map would have really helped.

The apartment was very spacious and well decorated. The location was in the hub of the city and there was a lovely coffee shop opposite to sit outside in the mornings and appreciate the city.

There was nothing to dislike

A lovely and extremely spacious apartment in a very convenient location for exploring the historical centre of Valencia.

The only negative was that on one night there was an extremely loud event/party nearby, with music thumping through the apartment until after 3.30am making it impossible to sleep. Also just a warning that although it's obviously reasonable and necessary for the nearby shops, there were also loud deliveries each morning from about 7.30am.

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment with modern decor & appliances, and a great location. Fitting 8 people was a little tight, but was well worth it. Check in & out were fairly straightforward, even when arriving late.

Really nice and spacious apartment. The keypick-up was easy, we were a bit earlier than 15.00h, but the apartment was already clean. The apartment is well-equiped, the kitchen has everything that you need. Also there are a lot of towels to use. The location of the apartment is very good, in walkingdistance of a lot of restaurants and bars. The apartment is located in a lively neigbourhood and nearby the central market. We had a lovely stay.

The apartment is in a lively neighbourhood, so the bedroom in the front has a little noise sometimes during nighttime. Also there were a few things that have to be taken care of, for example: The showerhead in one of the bathrooms couldn't be attached to the wall, that was a little bit annoying sometimes. Luckily there was another great bathroom to use.

good location and size of apartment,

the floor was dirty on arrival and had to sweep up living room. The shower head holder in en suite was broken so had to hold it when showering. Went to reception and was told by a young lady that that is the way it is in her home! Took two days to fix. In second bathroom no shower curtain so water all over floor after shower. When we arrived just told where apartment was in that direction. Asked her to be a bit more specific before managing to get a map off her.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city and is a good starting point to discover the city from. It was very clean, looked modern and the reception was very nice.

This apartment is an annex to the main establishment, so we need to walk 2 minutes across the street to the apartment

The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, the rooms were all spaced out for privacy. Brilliant location close to lots of amenities. Checking in and out was simple. We’d happily stay here again.

Nothing. WiFi reception was weak in some areas. It might not suit you if you are very sensitive to noise as the street could get quite busy. But this wasn’t an issue for us at all
