Very good in all main parameters. Great location, complete and very nice breakfast, spacey clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Responsive service and good looking hotel.

Two things but not majority ones: gym provides only the basic machines and the breakfast until 9.30 (instead of 10.00)

Everything in general. Front desk and restaurant people were very helpful and kind.

I think they need to offer a good resturant, and room fridge with beberages and snacks. Also a coffe machine at room.

Breakfast is held in a very cold room with limited choice. After more than couple of days of stay, it really becomes redundant.

The night receptionist is a very cordial guy. I was exhausted and stressed from a long day and he made my stay feel very welcoming and not stressful. He also offered me breakfast to go because I was going to check out before the breakfast was going to open and I was not expecting this and I can say his service was beyond great. The rooms are very big, comfortable, clean, has a great view, easy access ability to the all the streets with various restaurants and a near by mall. The garage is big that you can maneuver with great ease and many parking spots that don’t complicate your life. A great experience I would always recommend the Holiday Inn for Quito. I have stayed in many hotels in Quito but this one is by far the best.

It was terribly cold in the room all 5 days that I was. The automatic ventilation system in the room does not have a heating function. In whale at night at this time it is 6-9 degrees Celsius and it becomes almost 15 degrees in the room - this is unbearable.

Breakfast could be more diverge.

The price is not high. The corner of the room is not very clean.
