My husband and I just returned from staying at this property. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was clean, comfortable with a great location. The views were stunning. Rising every morning to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast on the patio watching the birds was an incredible way to start the day. Mark is great to work with. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room. Villa has easy in/out locking system. Secure neighborhood, very quiet. Close to everything in Scottsdale. Would DEFINITELY stay here again and are already planning a return trip.

It was a good stay for our party [6]. The TV did not work in the Master Bedroom, but it was not a big problem. [actually I think it was a cable problem just with that unit}
Good supply of kitchen needs. Great view of the lake and wildlife. Comfortable. Short on some paper goods.
We would seek this unit out again.

In one word... Incredible. The location is great, the weather was great and this unit was awesome. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back again with the family or just with the "boys". Thank you for your help and your prompt responses to our questions. Again, great unit and will be recommending it to friends!
